Bullet time is a slow motion effect, so your 360 camera must have to shoot at least 50-60 frames per second in 4K. That’s why I say that now in late 2019 Insta360 One X is the best tool for this.

This time I show you what we can do in post-production and which is the coolest accessory we can choose for a Bullet Time video, and I share an extra trick with you. Hopefully these solutions will give a meaning to the recognizable and weird hand position during shooting Bullet Time scenes.
First, I share an editing trick with you, adding effects during post-production.
Then I try to recreate something similar, but 100% natural effect during shooting.
