One thing I forgot to put in the video is that you should take short 1-3 minute breaks between losses to avoid queuing the same people over and over again. Pretty helpful tactic to avoid cheaters. For the people who want text format - Don't keep playing after you've gone a certain amount of rating below your starting point. I recommend stopping after 30 rating down at 3,000+, stopping after 40 down at 2,000-3,000, and stopping after 50 down at 0-2,000.
When it comes to winning, it's really your choice, but if you lose 2 games in a row after making some gains I recommend instantly stopping, as you can't actually lose rating if you never lose 2 games in a row. If you want to get out with as much rating as possible with little risk stop after a single loss.
For sweaty stuff, check the top 30 and see who's online, and don't play if too many of them are online. (Only applies to diamond/masters players, shouldn't affect gold players much)
Queue when there aren't many players online so the queues are slower, and you can practically choose what map you want to play on by hopping lobbies.
This is honestly one of the most important tips I can give, this was one of the major things that got me masters back in the day. Also you usually play less than an hour or even 30 minutes a day so you don't end up grinding ranked for like 8 hours straight for +20 rating :p
