Warrior Women, 10 Women who Over Came the Unimaginable. Sharing Their Stories with the World.

Did you know that when you choose to stop hiding, that your past doesn't hold as strong of a grip anymore? These women have overcome rape, infertility, sexual abuse, mental abuse, physical abuse, they have overcome drugs and illness and they have chosen to share their stories with the world. They have chosen to do this. So that maybe if someone is in a similar situation they will get the strength to leave the abuse, to keep living another day after losing their baby, to fight for their lives, because they are not alone.

This project was something I started last year. After working in a middle school where I saw so many teenagers feel so alone and helpless. I wanted to reach them through social media, to show them that they don't need to hold this burden by themselves. That there are other people out there who have been through similar situations and no matter your story, you can live another day.
