Photography is not a crime. the rights of the people is more important than policy. People need to learn that taking video or photos in public is my right to do so.. the 1st amendment protects us to film while in public.
In downtown los angeles i ran in to the metro yard. the guard right away starts tailing me, doing donuts just to keep up with. the guard tells me this is private property and i was on the public sidewalk. the guard states "your one of those guys" trying to kick me off the sidewalk.
