It is very large and can hold a lot of ice and drink that will last me through most of the day. The opening to get my drink in is large as well making it easy to fill and add ice if I wish. They even put a little hole in to make drinking easier. Some bottle don’t do this and you can only drink so much before suction forces you to stop and let air into the bottle before you continue drinking. This bottle fixes that issue. They have provided a good thick strap that allows me to hang it from my wrist. The walls are thick and don’t feel cheap when I squeeze. It is also BPA free so no concerns with contaminates getting in my drink from the plastic. The lid screws on really tight and when I tip it over there is no sign of leakage.
