Hello everyone! Hope you guys are having a great day! In today's video, I've talked about the SELF-DISCIPLINE and how you can INCREASE it.
I'll be frank with you, these tips are not so easy to get a hold of. It's every hard to get used to. But once you do, you'll see how better your life is becoming in ALL areas of YOUR LIFE. So keep on trying and never give up!
**Here is a small run down of what you'll see as points:
1) Be honest with yourself
2) Exercise!
3) Prioritize
4) Write it down!
5) Feed you WHITE wolf!
Finally!
Ask yourself the questions in the video and write the answers in a piece of paper and hang it somewhere you'll look at most of the time for whatever reason...
