Q: How do you play 1,000 Blank White Cards?
A: Each turn you play 1 card to any player's play area (including your own) or to the center (which affects everyone). Then you draw 1 card, your turn ends, and play continues clockwise. When the game ends (the deck is empty, or after a set number of rounds), you figure up everyone's points.

The beauty is that points aren't added up until the end, so until that time, anything can happen. Oh, and all the cards are made by YOU! :D
