Hello AF crew,

this is my shoulders and arms workout that is for those who are on a rush and need to hit the gym for 40-50 minutes at very maximum.

Also, after one-month gyms will fill up with so many people and most of us will struggle to do a proper workout because this or that will be packed with a few people already.

This video is to show how to workout just in one place and hit this so wanted muscle growth.

Workout Includes free weights, machines and cables.
