Another news learned that the first Modle3 models at the Shanghai plant will be sold to employees inside the plant. Due to the experience and efficiency gained by the Shanghai plant, Tesla's installation of Model Y equipment at the Fremont, Calif., plant is accelerating and is likely to be launched next summer (2020). In the after-conference conference call, Tesla mentioned the details of the plan to establish "GIGAFACTORY4" in Europe and said it is likely to be operational in 2021.
