Meditation Station - Track 4 - Powerful Stress And Anxiety Reducing Meditation Sleep Music Meditation and Mindfulness are important tools to learn when battling depression and anxiety. Stress can often be a trigger to anxious feelings. To help battle stress try listening to this track or any of our others and practice belly breathing. Google it if you need specific instructions, but generally speaking belly breathing can be accomplished from a comfortable sitting or horizontal position. Taking in a slow deep breath filling the belly and not raising your chest cavity too much. Inhaling through your nose for a long ten seconds and exhaling through your mouth for the same ten seconds, controlling the rate by focusing on your belly pulling that air and energy into and pushing it out of your lungs. Try ten of those belly breaths every night before bed. Make it apart of your nightly ritual so your body and brain learn it's time for bed.
