Hurricane Dorian left trees downed and even caused a crane to collapse in downtown Halifax on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019. Global News reporters were out across the province to track the progress of the storm and gave a look into the damage seen across Halifax as well as the storm surge in various coastal communities.
More than 300,000 people were left without power, but officials said as of Saturday evening that no significant injuries or deaths had been reported.
