GOVT FAILS TO MAINTAIN DEADLINE IN GIVING COMPENSATION TO FLOOD AFFECTED FARMERS_Prudent Media Goa

Goa Government has failed to maintain its deadline in giving compensation to flood affected farmers. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant had assured to give compensation from Aug 25th after completing the report by August 20th. However, farmers have not received anything yet. Some farmers have not received cattle fodder for their cattle. Meanwhile, Inter-Ministerial team of Central Government has sent a team to assess the loss, but Goa’s name is nowhere on the list
