Hey everybody! this is Andy Bell here with Keller Williams and I just wanted to talk for a minute about "Credit Scores".

Obviously, credit scores matter tremendously when you're going to get a car loan, when you're looking to get your next mortgage. What's the person with a low credit rating supposed to do? OK. Does that mean that you can't buy a house? No, absolutely not. We have lenders that have programs available that can do either credit repair or can also provide the loan with albeit a slightly higher payment. So these programs can go down in some cases as low as a 580 credit score. So while that's not ideal it don't let that prevent you from looking for a house if you're ready to buy.
