The TEMPUR-Pedic body pillow comes in one size. The pillow is 48” long, 14” wide and 5.5” tall and weighs 7.5lbs total. It is made with a solid medium-firm sleeve of TEMPUR material and features shapeable micro-cushions.
The cover is a polyester knit blend that has a zipper along the length of the pillow for easy removal and care.
The pillow is designed for side sleepers and pregnant women who rest on their sides. It's definitely a do-able pregnancy pillow option thanks to its conforming memory foam feel.
The firm feel of the foam and the tall loft may also be a good fit for larger individuals who are looking for good stomach support.
Keep in mind that the body pillow will take up a lot of space in the bedroom and is fairly heavy at just under 8lbs. It's also $199 at full price, which won't fit in all budgets. There are no returns on TEMPUR-Pedic pillows, either.
