WHY BEING FIT IS IMPORTANT ? Hi guys, today we will discuss about the importance of fitness and health in our life.
"A HEALTHY BODY IS A HOME OF HEALTHY HEART, MIND, AND GOOD SOUL."
- Healthy lifestyle, increases the mental and physical condition. If a person is healthy he/she automatically feel motivated, charming, jolly, etc. But an unhealthy/unfit person greed only demotivation and sadness.
- Healthy/fit lifestyle begins with good daily routine with ample amount of exercises and healthy food.
- Nowadays we are more lean to fancy looking food (Processed food) so we become more fatty/unhealthy. So we have to first change it to home cooking and eating fresh.
- First and foremost thing to do is change processed to home cooked and eating fresh. Then attain a good exercise routine on daily basis.
- Now you will ask that , how i will cope or induce things into my daily/busy routine in which even i can't find proper time to sleep.
so here it is !
Give 15 minutes early morning, and 15 minutes in between office free hours. Do some desk stretches and then walk to your house or near by grocery store. Avoid using vehicles in 2-3 km area.
- Start with low impact, small duration exercises. Don't worry this will also give results in terms of your flexibility and activeness.
After few days you'll feel more active and flexible with motivated and jolly behaviour.
- Have walk post lunch/dinner it will give you good sleep, You will wake up fresh and energetic.
So guys, to summarize healthy eating and fit lifestyle gives you :-
