Fruit sandwiches: a refreshing treat that both grown-ups and kids will enjoy! INGREDIENTS

12 strawberries

2 Kiwis

1 orange

4 slices toast bread

Whipped cream

1 cup heavy cream

5 tsp sugar

 

METHOD



Whip cream with sugar

Now spread the whipped cream on both sides of the bread.

Place fruit on one side of the bread only.

Put whipped cream to fill the gap between the fruit.

Place the second sandwich bread slices on top of the fruit, face down, with whipped cream.

Prepare a plastic wrap to wrap the sandwich tightly on all four sides.

Mark the cross section over the plastic film with a pen.

Put sandwiches between plates and chill for at least one hour.

Open the plastic wrap and cut the sandwich in half diagonally with knife.

Cut 4 edges and serve.
