Car Culture on YouTube is a curious thing. You have Mo Vlogs and the Devel Sixteen types who really have a simple agenda. The questions most likely asked in surprisingly common universe can be summed as "How much does it cost?", "How much horsepower does it have?" and "How flashy is it?" Yet, there's a whole other car culture and exists in social media and YouTube. It's less about flash and money and flexing, but more about building something cool, modifying an average car to do amazing things, and bringing back cars from the dead. Channels like Tavarish, Boostedboiz and OG car vlogger David Patterson have a very different approach to the car world. In this video, we explore the differences and the impact it has on social media.
