'Significant incident' leaves three people fighting for life A 'significant' incident is unfolding in the south Brisbane suburb of Sunnybank Hills, authorities say. Three people are fighting for their lives after sustaining serious injuries on Saturday morning.  A man in his 30s has sustained multiple chest injuries and was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition. A female in her 30s sustained multiple leg injuries and has been transported to the same hospital in a serious but stable condition. A third person of unknown age or gender was also involved in the incident but the nature of their injuries is not yet known. They have been transported to Mater Private Hospital. One resident told the Brisbane Times they heard gun shots at about 7.20am. 'I heard several shots in a row and some very high pitched screams,' they said. Queensland Police have not confirmed any details surrounding the incident but stated they will be releasing further information later on today.  More to come
