In case you are new to my channel. Let me summarize what a Fiance Visa
is. Basically the US government is giving your foriegn Fiance permission
to enter the USA, and stay here for 90 days. During that time
your Fiance should be meeting your family and friends, and checking
out where you live and experiencing what life in USA is like. If
she or he likes what they find, then you marry. And instead of returning
to foreign country, your new spouse applies for Green Card and permanent
residency and you two live happily ever after.

To get to the point where the visa issue, we first submit a set
of very complicated paperwork here in the USA to USCIS (homeland Security).
About 8 to 10 months later your fiancee, in her or his home country
has a medical exam, and is interviewed at the US embassy or consulate.
When all goes well she or he gets the visa and travels to join you.

Sorry, but not all the time things go well, and that frankly is why
I am here. I help you prepare all the complicated paperwork and guide
you each step along the way, to make sure things go well to plan.

After the papwerwork has been prepared, you send in your K1 Visa application
to Homeland Security, you include payment of $535.

Fast forward, to the Consulate stage (about 8 - 10 months later)

At that time Your fiance pays to the consulate another application fee of $265

Prior to the consular interview your fiance must undergo a medical exam.
The fees for this on average are around $250 to $340. They vary country
to country.
