It collects toponyms (place names) especially the topographic and earth features; with or without derived history, man-made or natural of any place in the world. Can be customized or configured to collect data by creating an MS excel file (updated any time when data is collected) in a mobile devise and a copy in PostgreSQL database server automatically via the web client API immediately data is captured.
