I hate baggy t shirt sleeves as much as the next guy, and I'm gonna show you how to fix them! The only thing you need is a sewing machine, a measuring tape, and a safety pin. Take your safety pin and pinch and put it into your shirt where you want the sleeve to fit. Then take your measuring tape and measure so you know how much you're taking off. That way you can go back to Target and buy more shirts in a different color if you want and you can skip this step. Then sew a straight stitch right across where your safety pin is, just inside of it so that you don't sew over it or don't have to worry about taking it out while sewing.
The you can finish the seam with either a zigzag stitch or just use pinking shears to prevent it from fraying. Boom done! No more ugly baggy t shirt sleeves!
