Humans are sexually reproducing and viviparous. The reproductive events in humans are gametogenesis that is sperms in male and ovum in females, the next event is transfer of sperms into the female genital tract, this is called insemination, the next event is fusion of male and female gametes, this is called fertilisation. The next event is attachment of zygote into uterine wall, this is called implantation. The next stage is embryonic development called gestation and finally the delivery of the baby called parturition.
