What if Mags had not volunteered for Annie in Catching Fire?

Hi friends! This week we take a look at the reaping for the 75th Hunger Games, and see what would happen if mags had not volunteered!

When Annie Cresta was reaped for the 3rd Quarter Quell, Mags quickly volunteered to take her place. This was to help protect Annie, as she suffers from severe PTSD. But how different would the Games be had Annie gone into the arena? How would Annie, and Finnick, handle their return to an arena?
