Target Stores who has for so many years, not hired African Americans is now promoting black history month inside of their chain stores. The problem with this is, when you go inside your local Target Stores, they have everyone working there except black people says this African American individual that we interviewed. As everyone can see from the video they have black barbie dolls posters, and t- shirts representing that you should be proud to be black, however they don't have any black faces working in their retail establishments. When is the last time that you the public have seen more than 2 people of color working for this establishment at the same time on the same day? When is the last time that you the public have seen an African American General Manager for this establishment asks this African american individual who we interviewed? In Conclusion we the African American /Black community should stop spending our money with these racist Caucasians!
