Cooked beef, chicken or fish may come with some health concerns depending on the type of cooking method involved.

Meats cooked at high temperatures, especially above 300 ºF (as in grilling or pan frying), or if cooked for a long time tend to form carcinogenic compounds called Heterocyclic amines or HCAs for short.
HCAs form when amino acids and creatine (found in muscles) react at high cooking temperatures.
HCAs contribute to the development of cancer by causing gene mutations, IN WHICH new cellsgrow in an uncontrolled manner.

roasting, grilling, barbecuing also generate another carcinogenic chemicals called Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons or PAHs.
Charred food of almost any composition contains PAHs while only very low level of PAHs was detected when food was cooked by some cooking steps such as steaming.

But that does not mean you should stop eating these delicious food! There are some ways to protect yourself from damage.

If you're going to cook meats, marinating meats WITH herbs/spices as they can dramatically help reduce carcinogens.

5..Baked or fried food
Acrylamide is another chemical that can form in some foods during high-temperature cooking processes,
Acrylamide caused cancer in animals in studies where animals were exposed to it at very high doses.

Acrylamide, found mainly in foods made from plants, such as potato products (especially French fries and potato chips), coffee,
and foods made from grains such as breakfast cereals, cookies, cake and bread.
Cooking methods, such as frying, baking, roasting, and long duration of cooking time produce acrylamide but NOT Boiling and steaming.

To reduce acrylamide formation during cooking,
Avoid storing potatoes in the refrigerator
Soak potato before frying or roasting
and cook them to a lighter color instead.

6.Processed meat
Researchers have discovered that the nitrates used in the curing process for processed meats can release chemicals that lead to an elevated risk of colorectal cancer.

7.Bottled/Packaged Fruit Juices.

Bottled/Packaged Fruit Juices must be pasteurized In order to obtain a prolonged shelf life which will
destroy enzymes and other beneficial nutrients. They are also lack of fiber and sometimes contain excess sugar.

Title Breast Cancer Cell
Description A breast cancer cell, photographed by a scanning electron microscope, which produces a 3-dimensional images. The overall shape of the cell's surface at a very high magnification. Cancer cells are best identified by internal details, but research with a scanning electron microscope can show how cells respond in changing environments and can show mapping distribution of binding sites of hormones and other biological molecules.
