I'm the best option for me, not my partner, not my friends, not my family, not my co-workers, but me. Took me 26 years to learn this and really have it sink in on a level that's deeper than just knowing, but rather something that my actions reflect as well. Anyway, it's a new lesson, about 7 months old so still learning how to do this whole prioritizing myself thing lol but It's probably the most important lesson I learned all year and I plan on taking it into the rest of my life.
