So I'm the person who made the colorblind effect. It turns out its way more than just a filter. Long story short, I ended importing the footage into photoshop because they have this feature where you can see what a colorblind person would see. But it turns out it does not render with that filter on so I had to screen record the entire thing and mix the audio in primere. But it turned out it still didn't look great so I took another 20 minutes just messing with the colors.
