Bell Bottoms are making a comeback! But why are people so inconsiderate in a Walmart parking garage?

Random thought for the evening! I’m excited that bell bottoms are coming back. I, later, get distracted by the rude/inconsiderate people in the Walmart parking garage causing my exciting thought to turn into a rant. You never know what you’re going to get with me!
