In this video you will see aluminum tig welding techniques for outside corner joints while putting together a cube project.
Cubes are fun projects. And there is a lot to learn from welding a cube.
How to prop to be steady, how to feed filler wire, and also how to use pulse settings and lay wire technique for certain situations.
I set the dynasty 280 to 140 amps and used the foot pedal for most of the cube but there was one joint that had a small gap so I decided to use some pulse settings and the lay wire technique for that joint.
There are many different techniques that could be used and many different cups that would have worked just fine.
I just showed a few things I think might help those struggling with tig welding aluminum.
