A review of the British Army H-4855 personal role radio (PRR) A closer look at the Personal Role Radio PRR used predominantly by the British armed forces. The radios in this video are an older set that have no encryption whereas the EZPRR radios used today are encrypted.

The radios operate on 2.4MHZ with a range of up to 500m. They use spread spectrum transmission to reduce interception and jamming.
