Zombies Chronicles 2: not as simple as it seems... (DLC5)

Zombies Chronicles 2, or Black Ops 4 Zombies DLC 5... do we need it?

Zombies Chronicles 2 seems like it would bring an awesome lift to the Zombies community, but it isn't as straightforward a decision as it may seem to release it ASAP. Would it be better saved for Black Ops 5?
