[Weather] Freezing morning, relatively toasty afternoon

Good morning. The lows dropped below freezing this morning, so dress warmer than Monday but the highs will go up higher, and relatively toasty weather for this time of year will continue into Christmas Day.
But it's that dusty air again that's bothering most of us. Fine dust will choke most regions and it's shaping up to be a dusty Christmas Day for some regions as well. Those planning to celebrate the holiday outdoors will need to monitor dust levels and be prepared.
For a closer look at today's temperatures, subzero temperatures greeted Seoul, Daejeon, Gyeongju and Chuncheon this morning. Mostly sunny skies will dominate during the day..
Skies will be mostly clear, afternoon highs will be similar to a few notches higher than Monday while a dry weather advisory remains in place for eastern regions including Ulsan, Busan and Daegu.
