International College of Arts and Communications The students of the Institute for the Humanities and Information technologies and International College of Arts and Communications (Moscow, Russia) are taking part in the 8th International students' conference "Youth in a Changing Society" in Vilnus (Lithuania) - December 12, 2019. The results of the scientific researches produced by the students of these institutions were shared at the conference with the Lithuanian students.
