INGREDIENTS:
Aromatics:
1 Tb. Oil
1 Tb. Butter or Vegan Margarine -
1/2 tsp. Cumin -
1 medium Onion, Chopped
2 Tb. Garlic Paste
For the Masala (Spices):
2 tsp. Garam Masala -
2 tsp. Coriander Powder -
2 tsp. Chili Powder -
1 Tb. Kashmiri Chili ( or Paprika (
1 tsp. Salt -
1/2 tsp. Turmeric -
Vegetables:
3 Tomatoes
1 med. Bell Pepper
2 Potatoes
1/4 Head Cauliflower
1 pc. Carrot
1/4 cup Cilantro
Water to cover (1.5 - 2 cups)
Cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes, quick release
Set to sauté to evaporate water / then mash with a potato masher.
Toppings:
2 Tb. Butter or Vegan Margarine -
1/2 cup Frozen Peas
1/4 cup Kasoori Methi -
1 tsp Garam Masala -
Salt to taste
