
In fact, poor oral health results in pain and is implicated in kidney disease, liver disease, heart failure, and all-round poor body health. There's a reason why we brush our teeth twice a day (and if you don't then you should!). Tooth brushing is also the best thing you can do for your dog and cat, with other (less effective) options also including diet, chews and oral gels/water additives.
If you really want your pet to be as healthy as possible, then prioritizing oral health and clean teeth is a must!
