CHICKEN + GRAVY
2 large chicken breast
2 packets of chicken gravy
1 carton chicken broth
Seasonings to taste (optional) pepper, parsley, garlic powder
COMBINE all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours and high for 2-3 hours.
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or bread.
FLATBREAD PIZZA
2 Flatbread pizza crusts (I get mine at Pjs)
1/2 cup Ragu Simply Cauliflower Alfredo
Assorted cheeses (I used part, moz, and cheddar)
Bacon
Roasted vegetables (broccoli and Brussel spouts)
Artichoke hearts
Sun-dried tomatoes
Grape tomatoes
Spinach
TOP CRUSTS with Alfredo. Top with bacon or veggies and cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is melted and crust is crispy (10-15 min)
KFC BOWL CASSEROLE
1 bag popcorn chicken
3-4 cups mashed potatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Frozen corn
Gravy (I used brown)
COOK popcorn chicken according to box directions. Layer mashed potatoes on the bottom of your casserole dish. Optional: add corn now. Top with popcorn chicken and cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Top with gravy.

SAUSAGE AND WHITE BEAN SOUP:
9-12 oz ground Italian sausage
1 carton chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can cannellini beans
2 stalks celery
8 oz small shell pasta (half box)
1-2 cups fresh spinach
2 teaspoons minced garlic
(Optional carrot and onion)
BROWN GROUND sausage with celery. Onion, carrot. Add garlic, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and beans. Bring to a boil and add pasta, cook until tender. Add spinach stirring to wilt the spinach. Serve with parmesan cheese.
