WE CAN CLOSE ON TIME!!! I just got an email from BK Global (the bankruptcy/short sale company) that we can close on the original date!!!! WOOHOO!!! I can't believe it! My clients are so excited! BUT this is far from over. Now it's crunch time. EVERYTHING was put on hold when we thought we had another 18 days. NOW WE ONLY HAVE 4 BUSINESS DAYS before our Mr. Cooper Short Sale Agreement expires so we have to get the survey, my clients loan approved, and title has to finish their underwriting. EEK!!! It's going to be very busy, but I believe it'll all work out.
