Trump impeachment hearings: Aide testifies Trump call to Ukraine was 'improper'

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who serves on the National Security Council, and Jennifer Williams, a U.S. State Department employee assigned to Vice-President Mike Pence, testified on the third day of President Donald Trump's impeachment inquiry.
