Some men change their party for the sake of their principles; others their principles for the sake of their party. Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong. I have come to the conclusion that politics is too serious a matter to be left to the politicians because a politician is a fellow who will lay down your life for his country...so so alarming.
