Lately, it seems like Dobermans aren't living as long as they once did. After losing my Doberman Cooper at the young age of 6 years old, I decided to dive head-long into this issue and attempt to discover how long Dobermans are actually living. I conducted my own study and also reviewed the results of an online poll of Doberman owners to find out what their lifespan really is. These are the surprising results. We'll also talk about why they may not be living as long as you'd think, and what the age of the oldest known Doberman is.
