From the vault! Lumla lawmaker Jambey Tashi (then Parliamentary Secretary) presenting the English translation of the citation offered to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on 26 December 2014 at Mundgod, Karnataka.
The event to commemorate 55 years since the visit of HH the Dalai Lama to Tawang was led by Arunachal CM Pema Khandu, who back then, held the portfolio of Tourism minister in the Nabam Tuki Ministry. The delegation had prayed th Nobel Laureate for another sermon in Monyul, which the walking Buddha gleefully accepted.
