Healthy Homemade Pizza Receipe | Without Oven | Without Yeast | No Refined Flour(Maida)| Pizza Sauce Healthy Tawa Pizza Recipe

Servings:-5 small Pizzas

Ingredients:-

Pizza Sauce

4 Medium size tomatoes

5-6 Chopped garlic

Chilli powder

1 1/2 Tablespoon oil

2 Tablespoon ketchup

Sugar

1 tablespoon Chilli flakes

1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs

Salt

1/2 Cup water if required.



Toppings:-

3 Capsicum

1 Onion

5-6 Mushroom buttons

200 gm Paneer

1 Cup boiled corn

(Any other topping of your choice)

Garam masala or any other masala of your choice.

2-3 teaspoons of oil



Cheese:-

200 gm Mozzarella cheese(preferably Britania)

150 gm Processed cheese



Pizza Base:-

3 cups of whole wheat flour.



Garnishing:-

Chilli flakes

Pizza herbs



Pizza Sauce Recipe:-

1.Make small cuts on the base of the tomatoes.

2.Bring water to boil with 1 teaspoon of salt in it.

3.Add tomatoes to it and boil it for next 12-15 minutes.

4.Peel off the tomato skin and grind it to puree.

5.Heat up a pan with 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil.

6.Saute the chopped garlic for 20-30 seconds.

7.Add tomato puree and fry till all the rawness of the tomatoes is gone.This will take 12-15 minutes.

8.Keep stirring to avoid the mixture from sticking to the pan.If required add 2-3 spoons of water.

9.Add salt, ketchup,sugar to balance out the rawness of the tomatoes.

10.Finally add Chilli Flakes and Herbs and switch off the stove.



Toppings preparation:-

1.Dice the capsicum,Onion,mushrooms,paneer into small pieces.

2.Heat up a pan with 2 teaspoons of oil.

3.Fry paneer cubes on high flame for about 2 minutes.

4.Add garam masala and mix well.Take out the paneer from the pan.

5.Add few more drops of oil to the same pan.

6.Add other chopped veggies and boiled corn to the pan.

7.Fry the veggies on high flame for 2-3 minutes.Make sure the veggies don't loose the crunch.

8.Add some salt and masala(optional) ans switch off the stove.



Pizza Base :-

1.Knead 2 cups of wheat flour to a thick dough.

2.Divide the dough to 5 equal sized balls and roll a ball to puri.

3.Place 2 tablespoon of grated Processed cheese in the centre.Bring together all the edges.

4.Flatten it gently and sprinkle little flour.

5.Begin to roll evenly until you get the desired size.The base should be thin else the pizza base will not cook uniformly.

6.Heat up a pan and toast it only on one side until you see golden spots.

7.Similarly toast other 4 pizza base.



Assembling:-

1.Spread Pizza sauce sauce uniformly on the toasted side of the pizza base.

2.Spread Mozzarella cheese and toppings on the base.

3.Sprinkle chilli flakes and herbs on the pizza.

4.Heat up a pan and place the Pizza on the pan.Keep the stove on medium to low flame.

5.Cover the pan with the lid for 4-5 minutes.Cook the pizza till the base gets roasted with golden spots or till the cheese melts.

6.Keep checking the base of the pizza to avoid it from burning.

7.Finally slice the Healthy Tawa pizza and serve hot.
