Fearing another summer of power blackouts, the Morrison Government is setting up an emergency fund to spur more investment in the electricity grid. It's declared a 'market failure' in the system and its billion-dollar bank will promote batteries and other storage devices to send electricity through to customers at peak time when it's needed most.
