The good intention that you must look out for is getting caught up in a routine. There is reason and intention behind the things that we do. There's no connection sometimes with why you do the process so that does not allow for you to connect with the intention, the reason behind the process. Do not get caught up in a conversation of "checking off" if you completed something for the day. Instead be in a conversation of why it is that you're doing what it is that you're doing. What is the intention behind that action? What is the desired outcome?
You're not stuck with the life that you have. Your experience of life is not the result of your circumstances. Those circumstances don't have the final say in what attitudes you have or the actions you take in life. Your experience of life is the result of the conversations you have with yourself and with those around you.
