Sous Chef Jordan Durkin represents Thrive at Owen, Michigan State University's allergen-free dining hall. Located on campus in Owen Hall, Thrive is sesame-conscious and certified free from the Big 8 allergens (milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish) as well as gluten. Chef Jordan features a Chick Pea Waffle with Mixed Berry Compote, a menu selection that allows Thrive guests to have a breakfast food for lunch or dinner.
