Ingredients
1 cup rice, boiled until 80% cooked. you can also use leftover rice
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp rai/mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
1/4 tsp heeng
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp peanuts
2 whole dry red chillies
1-2 sprigs of curry leaves
2-3 sliced green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp salt (the boiled rice we are using was boiled with 1/4 tsp salt in water)
