Michel Barnier says Brexit deal will be difficult but is 'still possible this week'

Michel Barnier, the EU’s chief Brexit negotiator, says his team have been working hard over the weekend and Monday, because even though reaching an agreement on Brexit is difficult, it is still possible. EU ministers in Luxembourg have started a meeting of the general affairs council, the body that prepares the groundwork for the EU summit starting on Thursday
