370 g (13 oz) minced meat;
1 egg;
100 g (3.5 oz) breadcrumbs;
40 g (1.4 oz) cheese;
1 garlic clove, minced;
2/3 cups milk;
salt and pepper;
6 slices prosciutto.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Submerge skewers in cold water and set aside.
Pour milk into breadcrumbs and set aside.
Mix minced beef, egg, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs and make sure everything is well combined.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions and wrap each around the skewer. Form each into kebab and wrap a slice of prosciutto around it.
Bake for 20 minutes, serve right away.
