HOW TO COMPLETELY TRANSFORM YOUR BOOTY (WITH THE STAIRCLIMBER) Hi everyone, I have been getting a lot of questions about my body lately so I wanted to share one of my favorite workouts. Doing the stairclimber has really transformed my booty. Hope you enjoy the video!

Simple stairclimber routine:
Warm up for 5 minutes around level 5
High intensity for 20-30 minutes around levels 10-15
Cool down for 5 minutes around level 5-3

You can always incorporate side-steps, skip-a-step, and leg lifts like I showed in the video!
