South Africa's World Cup campaign has come under the spotlight for the wrong reasons with lock Eben Etzebeth facing legal action. The South African Human Rights Commission has announced it is investigating the Springbok star for a racially aggravated incident. It is alleged Etzebeth assaulted and pointed a gun at a homeless man in Langebaan, a coastal town 120 kilometres from Cape Town. CGTN's Sias du Plessis has more.
